Tree pose

The tree pose is the most common pose most people in yoga preform. To present this pose you first need to be standing up against a wall if you arent steady. Then you raise either leg and gently bend The tree pose other wise known as "Vrksana" challenges your balance, strengthen your thigh's, calves, ankles and spine. Here's how the tree pose improves these abilities and straightens these muscles in your body. So to start off while doing this pose you are pulling your muscles not to much but just enough to feel tension. And what this does is improve how long you can hold a workout for or basically lose weight. I recommend this pose for anyone who wants to challenge themselves as this pose could be challenging! :)

I don't really find this pose quite challenging, but for beginners in yoga I think this would be a great challenge! This pose is for you if you want to strengthen your thighs, claves or ankles. And if you play any sports I suggest this for you:)
