Benefits of yoga

The benefits of Yoga.

As one of my optional classes i chose Yoga. A few weeks into this class i realized how many benefits and effects it had on me. Let me explain.The benefits of yoga provide both instant gratification and lasting transformation. It changes your physical and mental capacity and preparing your body and mind for long-lasting health. It improves your posture your well being and your fitness. To go into more detail during a yoga session you see that theyre are many poses that help you build muscels and creates a longer tendancy to hold in place. A stronger core helps you sit up straighter and fix that awful posture. Moving on to respitory, when you pay attention to your breathing it helps you realx and you may notice you will start to feel stress-free.  Lastly yoga improves your heart functions. Yoga has also been linked to lower  levels, and better immune cholesterol and triglyceride levels and better immune system function.Yoga classes are not just for girls its opened to anyone and everyone.

  1. Ive never really done yoga much, but after reading this post im very interested. Its a good way to stay fit. I am thinking of taking yoga in grade 11 to help me stay in fit! Keep up the great work Paris! Cant wait to see what else you have to talk about.
